I consent to my personal data:
- First name, last name
- Date of birth
- Personal ID number
- Contact phone numbers
- Social network address
- Place of residence
- My personal photo
- Work experience
- Reference from previous workplace
- Medical certificate about my state of health

being transferred to the "Baia2" agency in connection with assistance in employment and, until I submit a written notice about terminating cooperation with the said agency — even if the "Baia2" agency employs me once or several times — being kept by the recruitment specialists of the "Baia2" agency, whom I authorise to access the personal data listed above. I entrust the use of this data to them only for the period of their work at the "Baia2" agency and under no circumstances after they leave "Baia2", including while working at another agency.
-
I consent to my photo profile, including:
- my name
- my age
- my work experience
- the minimum salary I request
- my photo
being displayed on the website of the "Baia2" agency: www.hrbaia.ge, where it will be available to any user of this page with the parameters listed above only, while direct contact — should a client become interested in the data mentioned — will be available to the client solely through the agency and with my explicit consent.
-
I also give my consent that, while my photo profile exists at the agency — that is, from the moment of registration until I submit a written request to remove the photo profile — I may receive from the agency, to my:
- social network account
- e-mail address, or
- mobile phone number
SMS notifications about jobs and any related news, and, in the case of a probationary period or employment, about the course of the probationary period and/or any outstanding amounts due.
2. Relations connected with employment
-
I have read and agree to the condition that registration with the agency is not a 100% guarantee that within a few days, weeks or months of registering, or at any other point in time, I will necessarily find work, because it is the client who chooses us — the person who, at the end of each month, must pay the salary out of their own funds is the one who chooses. The agency's obligation towards me is limited to offering me, by phone call, e-mail or social networks, the active vacancies received that day. If the list contains a vacancy acceptable to me, I express my interest through the website, or send the identification code of that vacancy by e-mail, social network or phone. The relevant agency employee then sends my profile directly to the client, or agrees my candidacy with the client by phone. Only if the client becomes interested in my candidacy on the basis of my profile published on the agency's website do I attend an interview with the client, where I understand that several other candidates may also have expressed interest in the same way. After an individual interview with the client — whether at their home, remotely, or in the agency's office — the client alone decides which candidate to invite for a probationary period.
In view of the above, I understand that applying to the agency simply increases, to a certain degree of probability, my chances of finding work, but that a 100% guarantee is not possible under the conditions already explained, which I fully accept and understand.
- It has also been explained to me that: if I, as a candidate, confirm that I will attend an interview for a vacancy offered by the agency but fail to attend without a valid reason, then after 3 (three) such no-shows the agency has the right to delete my profile automatically.
- If, after the probationary period ends, I am not hired as a candidate, I agree to pay 25% of the amount earned during the probationary period — only if the client has actually paid that amount to me — into the special bank account of "Baia2" Agency LLC. If I am employed, then as an employee I agree to pay 50% of my first month's salary.
- It has also been explained to me, and I agree to the condition, that if I am employed through the agency, I pay 50% of the first month's salary as usual, including in the case of repeated employment during the term of the contract and/or after the contract has expired.
- I have also been warned that, in the case of employment — or even where the relevant percentage due to the agency from the amount earned during a paid probationary period is not paid — a civil claim will be brought against such a candidate in court, and the candidate will at the same time be placed on the "black list" of the agency's website, visible to any user of the site, to which I, as a job-seeking candidate, give my consent.
- The candidate is also warned that, after an interview with the client, it is forbidden to establish a working relationship with the client and start working for them bypassing the agency, or to offer a specific vacancy to their circle of acquaintances bypassing the agency. If a representative of the agency discovers such a fact, the candidate is personally responsible for paying 50% of the employee's first month's salary into the agency's account; otherwise the candidate is warned that a fine of 500 GEL will be imposed — to which the candidate gives their consent.
- I have also been warned, and I agree to the condition, that if after my interview with or introduction to a client through the "Baia2" agency that particular client does not hire me, but at any point in time offers my candidacy to their close circle (whether a relative of the client, a friend, a colleague or an acquaintance in any other form) and I start work in that way, this counts as employment through the agency, because my introduction to the potential employer took place precisely through the agency. I agree to pay the agency's commission of 50% of the first month's salary as usual, and concealing such a fact from the agency counts as a breach of the terms agreed with the agency, for which I will be fined 500 GEL.
- The candidate is warned that submitting forged letters of recommendation, or any other kind of forged documents, to the agency is punishable under criminal law.
3. Grounds and time limits for deleting a profile
- A written request from the candidate
- A reasoned decision by the agency
- Expiry of the 1-year archiving period after the data has been deleted
